We restrict the number of clients we serve in each industry or business sector to avoid conflicts of interest.
• Honesty
No executives working for another client company will be approached without prior permission from that client.
• Satisfaction
We only engage in assignments where we are confident of completely satisfying the client.
• Integrity
We work exclusively for our clients and no one else. EMA Partners do not undertake search assignments on a contingency basis, and under no circumstances will we accept any payment from potential candidates.
